Darin Torrey has spent decades evaluating residential properties, building systems, maintenance, inspections, and facility operations.

Tina Torrey brings more than 30 years of experience supporting older adults, along with her Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) training, helping families understand how a home affects everyday living, safety, and independence.

Together, they developed Cornerstead to help families see the complete picture.
